Pensacon adds 'Breakfast Club' star Anthony Michael Hall to 2021 convention guest list
Pensacon on Monday announced one of the event's cornerstone celebrity guests for 2021 — pop culture icon Anthony Michael Hall.
Hall will sit down for a number of special events during Pensacon 2021, which is scheduled for Feb. 26-28 in downtown Pensacola. Hall first turned the heads of moviegoers nationwide when he was just a teenage and starred in four John Hughes' movies: "National Lampoon's Vacation," "Sixteen Candles," "The Breakfast Club" and "Weird Science."
In 1985, at age 17, he became the youngest cast member in the history of "Saturday Night Live," a distinction he still holds.
Hall will not only greet fans and sign autographs at the convention, he'll also participate in a number of special events, like a screening of one of his classic films, an '80s themed party and a "Breakfast Club" brunch.
