MILTON — A HOPE for Santa Rosa County and Panhandle Animal Welfare Society are presenting another rabies and microchip clinic for Santa Rosa County residents and their pets.

"Because the rabies alert is still ongoing and the public demand so high, we are able to hold another clinic, this time on Saturday, June 29," said Paige Cary of A HOPE for Santa Rosa County.

The clinic is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 29 at 5755 Washington St., Milton. It is walk in only and cash only. Cost is $5 for the rabies vaccination and $10 for the microchipping.

Cats must be in carriers and dogs must be on a leash. All pets must be three months old.

Organizers were able to vaccinate 260 animals and microchip 150 during a June 7 clinic in Santa Rosa County.
