The Kennedy Space Center will get a taste of Hollywood soon.

Actor George Clooney and former astronauts Thomas Stafford and Charles Moss Duke are expected to attend an event at the Kennedy Space Center on Thursday to honor the 50th anniversary of the moon landing.

Stafford served as commander for Apollo 10 and Duke was a Lunar Module Pilot for Apollo 16. Duke became the tenth and youngest person to walk on the moon.

A Swiss watch brand, Omega, which designed a watch that accompanied Apollo 11 astronaut Buzz Aldrin when he made his historic steps on the lunar surface nearly 50 years ago, is hosting the event.

The company has not yet released the location of the event at the Space Center, but it will be behind closed gates.

Omega has been sending their watches to space since 1962, according to the company's website.
