Yuki is a part dog and part wolf. He currently calls Shy Wolf Sanctuary his home.

Yuki’s gone viral. No surprise since the 12-year-old furry friend turned out to be a wolfdog.

Yuki was eight months old when he was brought to a kill shelter because his owner could no longer handle his size. The large puppy turned out to be a wolfdog that was 87.5 percent Gray Wolf, 8.6 percent Siberian Husky and 3.9 percent German Shepherd.

Shy Wolf Sanctuary in Naples took him in and is looking after the terminally ill wolfdog.

“Sorry everyone, but I am not available for adoption. I am 12 years old and terminally ill so I will be staying at Shy Wolf with my pack friend Bella in our enclosure. However, you can sponsor me!” the sanctuary wrote as the caption of Yuki’s photo on Instagram.
