FORT WALTON BEACH — White-Wilson Community Foundation is currently accepting grant applications for programs effecting health outcomes in the local area. The nonprofit is seeking community partnerships to help increase access to health care for underserved men, women and children in Okaloosa, Walton and Santa Rosa Counties.
Grant applications are available on the organization's website, whitewilsoncommunityfoundation.org. The deadline to apply for funds is June 30. After that, the next deadline to apply will be Dec. 31.
"Through generous supporters and the success of our fundraising events, we are continuing to give back to our community," said WWCF Chair of the Board Kathy Houchins. "There are still many unmet health needs in our area, but through our community grant program, we hope to create partnerships that will change lives."
The White-Wilson Community Foundation is a 501c3 organization established in 2012 and dedicated fostering partnerships that increase access to life-saving and life-changing health services for those who would otherwise go without.
