Itís that time again to begin planning for the Annual 2012 Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony that serves as a center piece for the Santa Rosa Medical Centerís Christmas season. The Tree of Lights is not only festive; it radiates the Christmas Spirit throughout the community and gives individuals or groups a chance to honor someone special at a token price with maximum exposure.
The public is invited to join the Santa Rosa Medical Staff at its 19th Annual Lighting Ceremony on Monday, December 3, 2012 at 6 p.m. on the front lawn of the Santa Rosa Medical Center, 6002 Berryhill Road in Milton.
Itís been a ritual for many years for individuals to observe a tangible rememberance for a loved one or a special someone in their lives by pinning a dedication on the Tree of Lights. Anyone can honor or remember someone through this program for a small donation of $3 per light. The person being honored or the family of the person thatís being remembered will receive an acknowledgment card describing your thoughtfulness.
The card will state the person being honored or remembered and his or her name will also appear on the Christmas Tree displayed in the hospital lobby during the holidays. Forms for this specific purpose is circulating, but if you fail to get one, you can still participate by sending the information needed to the Santa Rosa Medical Center Volunteer Office, 6002 Berryhill Road, Milton,32570. Make checks payable to Santa Rosa Medical Center Auxiliary, and please print the information being submitted clearly so there will be no errors.
