Lightning unleashed on Heat

The Pensacola Lightning improved to 2-0 this season after defeating the Crestview Heat 59-0 at Pensacola High School. The Lightning quickly took a 14-0 lead with six plus minutes remaining in the first quarter as quarterback Don Rich threw for two quick touchdowns as both possessions started in the Heat’s end of the field. The Lightning will be at home this Saturday when they host the Port City Monarchs at 7 p.m. in Pensacola.
