Central’s state track and field medal winners reflect on success
James Allen, Summer Bowman and Emma Posey represented the Central Jaguars well at the FHSAA 1A state track and field meet earlier this month in Jacksonville.
All three came back with medals.

Many of the graduates in Santa Rosa and Okaloosa counties are high school athletes I have covered over the last four years.
Navarre, Pace, Milton, Central, Jay, Baker and Crestview have all been represented well by those athletes and now it’s time for them to bid farewell and move on to the next chapter of their lives.

Sights and sounds! Looking back at Pace’s state title run
Pace won its second FHSAA 6A state championship in three years on May 23.
The Patriots defeated Bartow 3-1 to win the title, their first since 2024, and third overall in program history.
