Driver walks away from roll over

Thursday morning a two vehicle accident resulted in a car rolling over and entrapping the driver who was uninjured.

Ceylon Brown, 44, of Pensacola, was southbound on Highway 87 near Wells Beach Road when he failed to notice the vehicle in front of him had stopped.

Brown tried to avoid the car of Rene Pearson, 44, of Navarre, which had stopped due to a car ahead of her being stopped to make a left turn into a private drive.

Instead the left front of his vehicle struck the right rear of Pearson's vehicle before came to rest overturned in a ditch on the southbound shoulder of Highway 87.

Brown was charged by officers with careless driving according to the report issued by the Florida Highway Patrol.
