Man caught showering naked with underage teen
An 18-year-old Milton man was arrested and charged with lewd and lascivious behavior involving a victim 12-16 years old after he admitted to showering in the nude with an underage teen.

Stephen McDonal of Welcome Road was arrested by a Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s officer and placed in the Santa Rosa County Jail on $5,000 bond after being charged with the first-degree felony.
According to the report, the victims’ grandmother alleged she found the two showering together in the victim’s house.
The report stated the grandmother knew McDonal had been seeing her granddaughter after she found out the two had met at a church youth group.
According to the report, the parents of both the suspect and the victim had been trying to keep the two separated.
The grandmother told the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s officer who responded to the scene that she drove by the victim’s house after the victim’s parents had left to go to work in the morning.
The grandmother said she knocked on the door of the house without an answer after noticing McDonal’s vehicle in the driveway.
The report stated the woman then entered the house, heard the shower running, and called out McDonal’s name without a response.
The grandmother told the responding officer that she then entered the bathroom and pulled back the shower curtain to reveal McDonal and her granddaughter showering together naked.
Both parties turned around when the curtain was back, including McDonal, who according to the report covered his genitals with his hands.
The grandmother then went outside and called the sheriff’s office, the report stated.
The officer then spoke with the victim who told the officer that she asked McDonal to come to her house after her parents left for work before she had to go to school.
The victim stated in the report that they bathed together for approximately “10-15 minutes” before her grandmother arrived at the house.
She then told the officer that she and McDonal had had sexual intercourse in the past, but not that morning it stated in the report.
When an officer spoke to McDonal, who had fled from the home, he stated that he planned on meeting up with the juvenile that morning to take her to school. He told the officer that while he was at the house, the two decided to take a shower together and that the victim’s grandmother walked in and found the two together.
He told the officer that the two did not have intercourse that day and that they were just “touching each other all over and bathing each other” according to the report.
McDonal was later released after posting bond.
