Volunteers and vendors being sought

Organizers of the 5th annual Beaches to Woodlands Tour are seeking venues and volunteers to help showcase the diversity of Santa Rosa County each weekend during October 2008. There is no cost to participate in the Tour, and businesses and organizations planning special events during that timeframe are encouraged to sign up. Volunteers are also needed to help prepare for the Tour and provide a warm welcome to visitors.
The self-guided Tour showcases arts & culture, heritage, and nature-based venues along a route filled with fun festivals and activities, providing tourists and locals the opportunity to choose their own experiences such as the Jay Peanut Festival, Munson Community Heritage Festival, Navarre Beach Fall Festival of Arts, and Historic Milton’s Ghost Walk.
