Patriots place in top 10 at Florida Marching Band Semi-finals

Those who were looking for the Pace High School Marching Band when the Patriots visited the Niceville Eagles for the opening round of the Region 1-4A football playoffs will learn they were in Tampa preparing for the Florida Marching Band Coalition state finals held on Nov. 21 at the Tropicana Dome in ST. Petersburg, Fla. The Patriots posted qualifying scores for the competition at each leading up to the Florida Semi-Finals. Pace finished seventh overall in Class 5A. Only the top four bands qualified for the Florida Finals. Pace was the only band in Northwest Florida to participate in the competiton.
