Jubilee seeks rezoning for drastically smaller development
Jubilee developers are asking to rezone 34 acres on Berryhill Road from AG-RR (rural residential) to TC-1 (town center core) while stressing that the project is not part of its vision for a 2,700-acre planned community northeast of Pace.
