SANTA ROSA COUNTY —Florida Highway Patrol responded to a three-vehicle crash including a rollover Monday on Interstate 10 near Avalon Boulevard in Santa Rosa County.

A driver of a Cadillac CTS was traveling west on the inside lane of 1-10 at 7:45 a.m. when a car directly in front of the driver quickly reduced speed, according to a press release from Florida Highway Patrol. The Cadillac's driver was  forced to slam on his breaks to avoid crashing into the other car.

A driver of a Chevrolet Tahoe, directly behind the Cadillac, attempted to swerve right to avoid rear-ending the Cadillac, but still crashed into the back of the vehicle, the press release said.

As the Tahoe swerved right after being hit, it collided with a Toyota Sienna traveling in the outside lane next to the vehicles.

The Sienna was pushed off of the roadway and onto the shoulder of the outside lane and overturned into the edge of a tree line.

There were no injuries.
