PACE — The last time anyone had contact with Christopher Anthony Madine, 20, was July 31. His father, Navy veteran Michael Madine is trying to find him through social media, law enforcement and the news paper.

Christopher is roughly 6 feet tall, approximately 160 pounds. He has shoulder-length hair in dreadlocks and three piercings in the side of his left ear. He may be wearing glasses.

Christopher’s vehicle is also missing, a 4-door, black, 2004 Mitsubishi Gallant with two Marine Corps stickers on the rear window. The windows are tinted and the license plate is 362PQS. The driver’s-side mirror may show signs of repair with Gorilla glue. He lives in Pace but frequently visits Pensacola, according to Michael.

The last time Michael spoke to his son was between 8 and 9 p.m. Christopher was playing a game online with a friend who last spoke with him around 10 p.m., according to Michael.

“He was working over at Lowe’s,” Michael said, “and working out trying to get into shape to go into the fire academy…He just had three to four friends here he hung out with, online playing a game or meeting up to do something.”

Christopher doesn’t have a girlfriend, according to Michael, and used the smartphone dating application Tinder. Michael is trying to find out his son’s Tinder username as well for anybody who recognizes Christopher through the application.

He also frequently uses another smartphone application called WhatsApp, according to Michael.

Christopher gave no indications he had any intention of leaving, according to Michael, especially since Michael bought season tickets to see the New Orleans Saints.

“That’s all he’s been talking about since I got the tickets.”

The Santa Rosa Sheriff's Office confirmed the missing person report is on file since Aug. 3 but cannot release the report yet.
