Marvin Dean Crouch, a 61-year-old Navarre resident, is facing 13 counts of possessing sexually explicit images of children.

Crouch was arrested May 31 following a nearly four-month investigation by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

The investigation began Feb. 2 with a tip provided by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children “regarding three suspected child pornography uploads,” Crouch’s FDLE arrest report said.

Tracing a screen name “tnytoy” to a Gmail account “pawdcrouch,” the FDLE was able to identify Crouch as a porn site subscriber and executed a search warrant May 31 at his 2208 Andorra St. address, the report said.

During the search, an SD card found in Crouch’s wallet contained “approximately 100 child pornography images,” the report said.

One of the images depicted a “female infant/toddler” exploited for sexual gratification and another a child estimated to be 3 or 4 years old engaged in a sex act, according to the report.

All of the 10 images described in the graphic FDLE report were of children no older than 14.

Crouch was charged with 13 counts of possessing material depicting child sexual contact, the report said. A bond was set at $130,000 — which court records indicate Crouch posted on June 6.

As conditions of the bond he can have no contact with minors and is not allowed access to computers or the internet.

An arraignment hearing in the case has been set for Thursday at the Santa Rosa County Courthouse.
