PREFER FOUR CLASSES
I loved the four-class block schedule when I was in high school. Only had to worry about studying for four classes at a time.
TOO MANY BOOKS
This is ridiculous. Let's just add another 5-(pound) book to their 30- (to) 40(-pound) backpack.
CHANGE START TIME
We had seven periods when I was in school — it was great! Santa Rosa County really needs to change the time these kids start school. It's ridiculous right now!’

ABOUT AVALON BOULEVARD...
It would be a lot easier to get to the businesses if they had put in more turn lanes or something. As is, you have to make U-turns to come and go from anywhere.

LET INDIVIDUALS DECIDE
Now the remainder of the county needs to do the same; time to come out of the Dark Ages. Let the individual decide for themselves if to or if not to purchase alcoholic beverages and not someone else's ideas be forced upon them.
PREFERABLE TO EUTHANIZING
Catch, neuter and release is the best option. It is not the fault of the cats that they were born feral or abandoned, and the amount of cats euthanized each year is unacceptable.
EDUCATE THE PUBLIC
It should be a criminal offense to drop off animals at boat ramps, behind restaurants and stores. A lot of the blame falls on people, not the animals. We trap, neuter and return plenty of feral and tossed out cats, just to keep colony numbers down. And that expense comes out of our own pocket. Educating the public is a good idea.
HARD TO ENFORCE
Agree 100 percent with (the) trap, neuter, release program. To be honest, though, they want to fine the abandoners. Ha! Be honest with yourself: How does one know 100 percent whose cat that is? Among other factors, who is gonna enforce such a fine?
