Houma Life Chain: 2 p.m., Oct. 1, Mr. Ronnie's Donuts, 171 W Tunnel Blvd, Houma. Churches of various denominations will celebrate the annual Houma Life Chain held on Respect Life Sunday. Those participating will line the median of Tunnel Boulevard in Houma and stand prayerfully and silently while holding Life Chain signs.
