S.S. Dixon Elementary takes flight

Assistant Operations Officer for HT-18, Lt. Commander Dustin Smiley shows First grade students from S.S. Dixon Elementary School a HT-18 helicopter used by NAS Whiting Field. The elementary students arrived at NAS Whiting Field for field trips on Tuesday and Wednesday to spend a day filled with activities and exhibitions and to have lunch at the Whiting Field Pavilion with base personnel and firetrucks.
