Stan and Joyce have been married for 24 years. They have two sons, Tanner age 17 and Bryce age 15, who attend Pace High School. They are active members of Olive Baptist Church. Stan graduated from Milton High School and played on two State Championship football teams. He was awarded a full athletic scholarship to Furman University. Stan graduated with honors from the University of West Florida School of Business.
Joyce graduated from Pace High School and subsequently the University of South Alabama. She is a Nurse Practitioner and practices in Milton, Pace, and Gulf Breeze. Joyce is the daughter of Jim and Mona Ward of Pace.
Stan is the son of Judge Colie and Mrs. Freida Nichols of Milton. Stan and his immediate, and extended families have a long history of service to the people of this county. He will continue that tradition of service as your Tax Collector.
