Summer archeology volunteers needed
PENSACOLA & MILTON – The University of West Florida and the Florida Public Achaeology Network are preparing for the upcoming archaeological field season this summer. We invite everyone to join us for several volunteer opportunities. This year’s program is perfect for students needing volunteer hours for scholarships, individuals and groups interested in history and archaeology, as well as those wanting to get their hands dirty! All ages are encouraged to participate; we ask that anyone under 16 years of age to be accompanied by an adult.
Volunteers are welcome at the following labs:
- 1. Florida Public Archaeology Network Lab (May 17th-July 28th)
