I know it donít very cost very much to have a light in your street. We have had a light for many years since we move here on (not understood) drive. A lot of people donít have that and itís so sad because itís so dark. And every night we donít need to call here Rudolf the Red nose deer. But anyway it helped. Itís very, very dark. And you guys have a nice Christmas. Pray for our soldiers overseas everywhere. Theyíre far away from home. And their family here miss them and they miss their family. More than anything they need to be safe. So I want to tell you guys Merry Christmas to all of them.

This is Ashley. A couple nights ago I broke down, me and my friend, on the top of the bridge, and nobody would help us. And I just want to tell whoever that was that did help us, thank you very much and God bless you.

Yes, my name is Linda. Iím calling concerning the Dec. 22 Speak Out comment left by Lee. Social skills? Oh, please! Are you serious? As a much older and responsible adult, I beg to differ with you. Kids donít stand a chance now. You can just go to Wal-Mart and take a look at the large proportion of government school-educated adults who shop in their pajamas and house shoes, 2-year-olds with Mohawks, young boys with pants hanging to their knees. No one neither speaks probably, actually puts clothes on to leave the house or knows how to say ďpleaseĒ and ďthank you.Ē Itís not in the vocabulary very often of adults or kids. And you worry about school teaching social skills? I praise every parent who sacrifices and cares enough to send their children to private school or home-schools them. Our government schools are a sad failure in too many ways to even count. Thank you for taking my comment.
