A Milton woman was involved in a three car collision resulting in one fatality in the early morning hour of 12:30 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day. 

Susan Marie Przybylek, 60, Milton, was traveling northbound along Highway 331, 2 miles north of State Road 20, Freeport after two cars collided head on in the northbound lane ahead of her, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

Przybylek struck Samual DePriest 21, of Panama City Beach and passenger Dorothy DePriest 75,  of Panama City after the vehicle had become disabled from the previous accident.  

DePriest was driving a 2003 Mitsubishi SUV.  The driver of the 1998 Mitsubishi 2 door, Alicia Marie Forest 23, died at the scene.

According to FHP reports, DePriest was traveling south along the highway and drove into the northbound lane to pass another vehicle, but for reasons unknown, never reassumed the southbound lane, continuing on the northbound lane. 

Forest was traveling north and was struck head on by DePriest. 

Przybylek struck DePriest's car after the fact.  Both Samual DePrist and Dorothy DePriest were taken to Bay Medical Hospital with serious injuries.  Przybylek was taken to Sacred Heart of the Emerald Coast with minor injuries.  Her passengers, Amber Cristin Przybylek 32, and Ryan Michael Bell 32, both of Philadelphia Pennsylvania had minor or no injuries.
